Everton fullback Leighton Baines feels Newcastle United are a great example to follow this season.
Baines thinks Newcastle are an inspiration to Everton in their bid to break into the Premier League's top four.
The Toon finished fifth last term, almost qualifying for the Champions League.
And the Everton left-back admires the progress they've made.
"I wouldn't say it is beyond us to challenge for the top four," said Baines.
"We have got to have that belief and something to strive for. I wouldn't put it past us. There is work to do but we can use teams like Newcastle as an inspiration.
"Tottenham have done it as well. We look at those sides and we realise it isn't beyond us. Especially if we can start well and give ourselves something to build on."
