The agent of Carlos Bacca is on his way to London to open talks with West Ham United.
The AC Milan striker has been heavily linked with a £16million move to the Hammers this week and according to reports, negotiations are set to get underway.
GianlucaDiMarzio.com suggests that Bacca's representative Sergio Barila will travel to the UK to find out exactly what West Ham have in mind for his client.
Colombia international Bacca, 29, only joined the Rossoneri from Sevilla last summer but is the subject of plenty of interest from clubs around Europe.
Barila told TuttoMercatoWeb that any offers or interest from clubs such as West Ham will have to passed on to Milan's possible new Chinese owners.
"These are hours of waiting, nothing is decided yet," Barila said.
"Bacca and myself are evaluating more than one possibility.
"Carlos is already at a great team, but we must first know the design of the new AC Milan before making a decision about his future.
"There are many important teams who have contacted us, which is normal since Bacca is a striker who guarantees many goals per season, and is definitely a valuable piece in the market."
