Belgian sources are stating Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has AXED goalkeeper Simon Mignolet for today's blockbuster with Arsenal.

Klopp is set to go with young German Loris Karius for the massive game.

HLN are reporting Belgium coaching staff have heard nothing from Liverpool about an injury for Mignolet and expect him to report for duty tomorrow.

Mignolet has started Liverpool's first two games of the new season - and also featured in the Champions League matches against Hoffenheim.

It's being claimed Klopp is insisting Mignolet is being "rested" for today, though the news has baffled many in Belgium given their countryman's impressive start to the season.
