LA Galaxy and England star David Beckham has been criticised by Austrian legend Hans Krankl.
The former Austria striker, who also managed his country, says Beckham chose Hollywood and showbiz with wife Victoria instead of footballing success. Krankl (left) said: "David is a good footballer but by marrying Victoria he took an intensive curve in his life.
And former England midfielder Peter Reid claims Becks should not be back in the national side because he's been playing in a "Mickey Mouse" league. Asked whether Beckham should be back in the England fold, Reid said: "Not for me. I think Shaun Wright-Phillips has done well and has got a lot of confidence.
"David has been an outstanding player, one of the best players in England and the world over the last decade.
"But he's not played what I would call a real competitive game for six months and he's been playing in a league that's Mickey Mouse. It's League One, League Two standard - if that."
