Australian legend Schwarzer sets new Premier League records with Leicester

Mark Schwarzer has become the first player to win back-to-back Premier League titles with two different clubs.

The veteran Australian goalkeeper was part of the Leicester City squad that clinched the 2015/16 English top flight premiership on Monday night to make it two in two seasons.

Schwarzer, 43, was on Chelsea's books last season when they took out the 2014/15 title before he moved to Leicester in January 2015.

Over the course of the two seasons, former Middlesbrough and Fulham shot-stopper Schwarzer has appeared on six occasions, all with the Foxes, but has been fortunate enough to be crowned with a pair of medals.

Schwarzer also became the oldest player to win the Premier League title.

The last player to win back-to-back titles with two different clubs was the great Eric Cantona who guided Leeds United to First Division glory in 1991/92 before helping Manchester United take out the inaugural Premier League season in 1992/93.
