Aussie legend Tim Cahill is delighted his son is part of Everton's academy.

His 16-year-old son is currently on Everton's Academy roster. Cahill thinks this is the perfect place for the teenager to learn about the importance of the club.

"It's just amazing he can learn in that environment, understand the club, the badge," he told the Scottish Daily Mail.

Shae Cahill is a midfielder.

And older brother Kyah is with League Two Macclesfield Town.
