Atletico Paranaense are inviting offers for Premier League target Mosquito next month. The Daily Star says Manchester United and Chelsea will have their chance to make a bid for Brazilian starlet Mosquito in January.

The clubs have so far been forced to wait until the player turns 18 before they can make their move, who's birthday falls conveniently in January during the winter transfer window.

The player's representatives are seeking £4m for the starlet, with Chelsea and United thought to be willing to meet that valuation.
