Atletico Madrid have opened talks with Barcelona for Memphis Depay.

Off contract in June, Depay is open to leaving Barca this month.

Jijantes says talks are now underway and Atletico have proposed a player swap, which would see Thomas Lemar move in the opposite direction.

Memphis has already given his OK as coach Diego Simeone's project attracts them, but for the moment Barça is in no rush to lose the Dutchman.

The key is Robert Lewandowski's current three match ban.
