Atletico Madrid midfielder Pablo Barrios has declared he wants to stay.

The youngster has been linked with a loan move away.

Barrios said: "When I started with the first team I didn't consider any of that, I wanted to be at Atlético.

"On the part of the club they have transmitted the same thing to me and a lot of confidence.

"Since I started until today I have not changed my mind, I want to stay here and play for Atlético."
