Atletico Madrid GM Miguel Angel Gil Marin is delighted with the commitment of Diego Simeone.

Gil Marin insists there was always confidence of Simeone staying with Atletico.

"His work here is not over, he keeps the dreams of all of us alive," said Simeone.

"I'm convinced we can continue to grow together for many years in the future."

Simeone has shown total commitment to Atletico this summer, becoming heavily involved in their transfer work in recent weeks.
