Former Atletico Madrid fullback Giourkas Seitaridis is in the sights of Sunderland.
The Daily Mail says Sunderland are weighing up a move for Greece international Seitaridis.
The vastly experienced 29-year-old is available for around £1million after Panathinaikos gave him the okay to leave.
He joined just over a year ago from Atletico Madrid but a spate of injuries spoiled his return to Greece.
Despite returning to full fitness and regaining a place in the side he has decided to leave.
