Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin is set to join Inter Milan as their highest paid player.
Godin, off contract in June, has already agreed Bosman terms with Inter, though neither club has yet formally confirmed the agreement.
Gazetta dello Sport says Godin will join Inter on a far bigger contract than what he currently earns with Atletico.
The Uruguay defender has agreed a three-year contract worth €6.75m-a-year - a clear €2m more he is on in Madrid.
And it will also mean Godin will walk into the Inter dressing room as their highest paid player.
