Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone admits he's angry with Kieran Trippier's betting ban.

The England fullback has been banned from football until March after the FA pursued his case with FIFA.

Simeone snapped: "We believe it is unfair and we hope it will be changed as it affects Atletico.

"Atletico obviously has nothing to do with the situation, so we hope that it will be reconsidered in some way, because while the FA benefits from it, Atletico, which has nothing to do with it, suffers from it.

"The circumstances are as they are and we just have to live with it."
