Atletico Madrid superstar Antoine Griezmann is reportedly ready to listen to offers from Chelsea.

According to the Daily Express, the French forward is considering the possibility of leaving the Vicente Calderon to join the Blues this summer.

Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants the 25-year-old to play up front with Diego Costa who left Atletico when Griezmann joined from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2014.

It is believed that Griezmann, who has scored 29 goals in all competitions, is prepared to ponder any offers that the West London club make despite the fact he will not be playing in the Champions League next season if he moves to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea would have to pay at least £40million for Griezmann who is also on the radar of Premier League rivals Manchester United.
