Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey hit out at match officials after victory over Manchester United.

Bailey was left upset with the attention of United defender Lisandro Martinez during the 3-1 win.

He said on social media: "I was very disappointed with the officials today, I couldn't catch my breath for a second after being elbowed in the ribs twice.

"The linesman kept saying I shouldn't say anything because I did the same thing to Martinez. Sometimes I don't understand why we got VAR."

Bailey opened the scoring on Sunday.
