Aston Villa have tabled a bid for Wigan Athletic winger Charles N'Zogbia.
The Mirror says Villa have made a £9million offer to Wigan for Charles N'Zogbia.
Alex McLeish has joined the bidding for N'Zogbia and wants a wideman to replace Ashley Young.
McLeish faces stiff competition to land N'Zogbia and Everton, Liverpool, Sunderland and Newcastle have all shown an interest in the French winger.
