Aston Villa manager Remi Garde has banned his players from pointing fingers at each other in order to improve the morale of the squad, according to reports from the Daily Mirror.
Villa have made some improvements since the appointment of Garde as manager but it is evident that the Villans have a lot of work to do in order to stave off relegation this season.
Garde is doing all he can to save Villa from the ignominy of the drop and it can be revealed that the French manager has now banned his players from criticising each other during match days in order to improve the mood of the playing group.
