Aston Villa assistant manager John Terry is being linked with the manager's job at Bournemouth.
The relegated Cherries are in need of a new manager after Eddie Howe stepped down on the weekend.
The Times says the board are seriously considering a move for Chelsea legend Terry, who is warming towards the prospect of entering management after two seasons working as Dean Smith's No2 at Villa.
Terry was also linked with Bristol City towards the end of last season.
