Aston Villa's Tyrone Mings has shared an update with supporters about his health.
The centre half has been absent for most of the season, given he suffered an ACL injury in August.
While Villa are in the hunt for a top four finish in Mings' absence, fans will be delighted to see the stopper close to returning.
He posted a photo of himself using the ball out on the training pitches at Bodymoor Heath.
Mings is joined on the comeback trail by Emi Buendia, who suffered a knee injury around the same time.
Both are now back on the grass and may even be a part of the team's pre-season tour.
