Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa has urged his teammates to aim for a top-half finish.
Steven Gerrard's side sit 11th with eight games remaining.
He told VillaTV: "It hasn't been good enough for the last three games. It's tough because we've been in this situation before.
"I think, for me, it's just about us showing consistency. When we won three games in the row, if we can get back to that form, I think that would be great.
"For me, I think it's just about sticking together. Everyone knowing their roles and sticking to the game plan.
"As I said before, we won three in a row and everyone knew their roles, we all stuck to the game plan. I feel if we can show that consistency again, it will be tough for teams to come up against us."
