Aston Villa defender Ludwig Augustinsson has had his say on Cristiano Ronaldo's situation at Manchester United.
While Sweden captain Victor Lindelof refused to take questions on his United teammate, Augustinsson was happy to weigh in.
"It could have been handled much nicer. He knows that there will be such turbulence when he makes such statements. As a player in another team and from the outside, you think it feels unnecessary," said Augustinsson to Fotbollskanalen.
"I am surprised because it feels so explosive. It's a lot of things at once. There is so much talk about this.
"Certainly in the club and of course in the whole world, because he is one of the best players of all time."
