Tottenham midfielder Tom Carroll is interesting Aston Villa.

The Daily Mail says Villa manager Tim Sherwood is keen on a reunion with Carroll.

The pair worked together at Tottenham and Sherwood wants the England Under-21 star at Villa Park next season.

Carroll spent last season on loan at Swansea and it remains to be seen whether Mauricio Pochettino will include him in his plans for next season.
