Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio is becoming increasingly frustrated over his playing opportunities.

Asensio believes he has always delivered when called upon by coach Zinedine Zidane, but is fed up having to still play second fiddle to Karim Benzema.

Diario Gol says Asensio has complained about his situation to good friend Isco, who was experiencing similar doubts this time last year before winning over Zidane.

Asensio told Isco that playing against APOEL, but only to be facing more time on the bench in the Liga, is no longer enough. He believes no matter what he does, he cannot change Zizou's mind.

Adding to Asensio's frustration is an injury he has collected, which puts him in doubt for the game with Malaga.
