Arsenal's England U21 winger Henri Lansbury says he's grown up playing on-loan at Watford.

The midfielder has enjoyed an impressive campaign in the Championship.

"I've developed on and off the pitch," Lansbury told arsenal.com. "The lads here have been where I am and they have helped me out a lot, passing on their experience.

"My preparation is better now and the lads here have helped me out a lot with sharing their experiences.

"Some of them have been teaching me how to cook and do other things around the house, so they are helping me out a lot. They are a good bunch of lads here."
