Arsenal may be willing to sanction a loan move for midfielder Lucas Torreira for next season so he can return to South America.
The Uruguay midfielder has suffered tragedy in recent months as his mother passed away from COVID-19.
Torreirais currently with Atletico Madrid in Spain on loan this season, and will return to the Gunners in the summer.
According to TyC, via Team Talk, Arsenal will allow Torreira to go to Boca Juniors in Argentina on loan this summer.
They want a €1 million loan fee and for Boca to cover most of his wages.
The gesture is Arsenal's way of supporting Torreira, as he desperately wishes to play near his homeland next season.
