Arsenal U21 coach Steve Gatting had no complaints after their derby defeat to Tottenham.

The Gunners lost 1-0 at home this week.

Gatting told arsenal.com: "We made chances as we always do, we had a good 15-minute spell when Sanchez Watt came on and we played like we can play, passing it quickly through midfield with good forward movement and we created chances.

"You don't want to lose any football game, especially not to Spurs. The boys are very down, but as I said to them in the dressing room, perhaps on the night we did not deserve anything."
