Boca Juniors forward Cristian Pavon has dropped a transfer hint amid interest from Arsenal.

TYC Sports first reported the Gunners' interest in the 22-year-old Argentinean earlier this month.

The talented young star reportedly has a £27m release clause, making him a much cheaper option than fellow rumoured targets Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Bordeaux's Malcom.

“One always gives the maximum so that other teams love you," he said.

“I wish it was fixed, I said at one point that I was going to stay but, well, I still do not know anything.

“I prefer to play games and not be focused on what happens outside.

“I will sit down to talk with my manager [Fernando Hidalgo], with my family, and I will see what happens."
