Arsenal striker Joel Campbell is excited to be joining Villarreal.
Campbell is joining Villarreal on-loan as part of a deal which sees Gabriel Paulista move to Arsenal.
"Playing at Villarreal for the rest of the season means a lot to me, I'm very happy for this opportunity and expect the loan deal to be finalized tomorrow," Campbell announced on his website.
Campbell also confirmed that his new team "has a defined way of playing" and added that "it will be a pleasure for me to play at Villarreal, a great team well placed in the league table. They have a style of play that will suit me well", he acknowledged.
