Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner says it's too soon to talk about a permanent Sunderland deal.

Despite his desire to quit the Emirates for good, Bendtner refused to commit himself to making his loan stint permanent.

"I just want to come here and play games and do well," he said. "You never know what could happen in the future.

"Being here is a great opportunity, I've come to a club that can finish in the top six."
