Toulouse midfielder Ibrahim Sangare is sparking a major Premier League transfer scramble.

L'Equipe says Everton are interested in Sangare.

Sangare, 21, joined the Ligue 1 outfit in 2016 and has impressed in a holding midfield role.

Paris Saint Germain could reignite their pursuit of Idrissa Gana Gueye this summer and Everton could be eyeing the starlet as a potential replacement.

Arsenal, Southampton and Tottenham are also said to be tracking Sangare with a fee in the region of £20m being touted.
