Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas says Arsene Wenger deserves to win a Champions League for his achievements in football.

He said: "Football owes Wenger a Champions League. The manager has always insisted on the team playing attractive football and he deserves a reward for that.

"The history of football would be unjust if Arsene never gets his hands on the trophy that we have been so close to getting.

"We always take risks and play an open style of football and you have to take into consideration the weapons that the other big teams have compared to ours."
