The Gabon striker is club captain, but he only has a year left on his contract.

If he does not renew this summer, the Gunners risk losing him on a free transfer in a year.

And The Sun claims they are willing to part with right back Maitland-Niles to help fund a new deal for Aubameyang.

They want £20million for the youngster, who is not first choice under Mikel Arteta.

If Arsenal cannot convince Aubameyang, they will go for someone of the ilk of Celtic's Odsonne Edouard.
