Arsenal could announce the signing of Lille striker Gervinho today.
The London Evening Standard says Arsenal are set to announce the £10.5million capture of Lille striker Gervinho after agreeing a four-year deal to sign the 24-year-old.
The Gunners have already confirmed the £1million capture of teenage defender Carl Jenkinson but Gervinho will be expected to make a more immediate impact.
Lille won the League and Cup double in France last season with the Ivory Coast forward scoring 18 goals but he is also able to play as a winger.
