Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was full of praise for Mesut Ozil after Saturday's 3-0 win at Aston Villa.
The Germany international scored his first goal of the season and had an assist for Danny Welbeck's maiden Gunners strike as the north Londoners made it five Premier League matches without a loss.
In the wake of the triumph, which condemned Villa to their first defeat of the campaign, Wenger hailed Ozil and Welbeck for their brilliant work together up front which ultimately lead to the comfortable result.
"He played very well. I must say I couldn't see one player who didn't play well today and he was part of it," he told Sky Sports.
"He took advantage of his position and his link-up play with Danny Welbeck was very good."
Ozil slotted home in the 32nd minute before supplying Welbeck just over a minute later prior to Aly Cissokho's own-goal in the 36th minute as the Gunners ran riot in the first half at Villa Park.
