Arsenal youngster Auston Trusty is set to leave the club in a permanent deal.

The American international has been a Gunner since January 2022, but has failed to make the grade.

Trusty was on loan at Birmingham City in the Championship last season, winning their player of the year award.

Trusty does not have a future at Arsenal, per football.london, but will be hoping for another Premier League move.

"As a player you want to play with the best, wherever that is," he told Birmingham Live last month.

"Right now the Prem is probably the best league in the world so that is obviously the goal for myself and my future."
