Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger hasn't given up plans to land Dinamo Zagreb star Luka Modric.

The Croatia international was watched by Chelsea football chief Frank Arnesen last week, but the People says Wenger is confident of landing the midfielder.

With ex-Dynamo teammate Eduardo da Silva already at Emirates stadium, Modric would welcome joining his Croatia pal at the Gunners.
