Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has spent the week in Dubai undergoing a specialist fitness course.

Smith Rowe is preparing for this summer's U21 Euros in Georgia and Romania.

And he has spent a week in Dubai working with coach Sean O'Shea ahead of joining the England squad.

UEFA pro licenced coach O'Shea runs individual sessions alongside working as director of football for Cognita Middle East. He has also worked with the likes of Luke Shaw and Virgil van Dijk.

Smith Rowe, 22, battled for minutes last season after undergoing groin surgery.
