Granada are set to snap up Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral.

The 21-year-old joined the Gunners from Barcelona in 2011 and has had two impressive loan spells in the Championship with Brentford and Birmingham.

Ideal says Toral has travelled to Granada and is waiting to complete his switch to the La Liga club.

Granada are hoping to take him on loan for the whole campaign with a permanent option but are waiting for Arsenal to give the go-ahead.

Toral was named the supporters' player of the year, players' player of the year and won the goal of the season award in his time at Birmingham.
