Arsenal and Manchester City are on red alert after Gerard Deulofeu refused to commit to Barcelona today.

The winger penned a new deal last month, but he's been rocked by Neymar's arrival.

"I have not spoken about anything - I'm going away with the national team, then we'll talk about what we have to talk about with the club," Deulofeu told Sport.

"Of course I look at the first team, but it is complicated. There are very good players. I'll talk to the club and see what the best decision is."
