Arsenal have failed with a bid for PSG starlet Jimmy Kamghain.
The 'Young Guns' website reports Arsenal lodged a bid for the starlet but it was quickly rejected.
France U17 international Kamghain is known to be open to a switch to England but Chairman Sébastien Bazin has made it clear he is not interested in selling the youngster.
