Brede Hangeland has again pledged his future to Fulham in the wake of interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.
"One of my main ambitions was to play in the Premier League, and I've achieved that coming to Fulham - and I'm really happy here," Hangeland told his club's website.
"For me, it's all about doing a good job for the team - and if I do that then I'm happy. I'm just working hard every week to prove I'm good enough to play here, and it's nice when people think you're doing well."
Hangeland, 27, has never trained as hard as he has with Fulham in the last year.
"We've done more work in nine months here than I've ever done before, so it's good," he added. "We work really hard - almost every day - on our shape and defending as a team.
"We do a lot of work on defending and attacking, and it's about being in the right position and keeping your shape as best we can.
"I've developed a good understanding with Aaron (Hughes) and I think we've improved every week since I joined."
