Clement Grenier is calm about his future at Olympique Lyon.

Arsenal scout Gilles Grimandi watched him on Sunday against Rennes, while Liverpool have reportedly made a bid for the midfielder.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has declared he hopes to secure Grenier to a new contract.

"It's fun," smiled Grenier. "It's been a good year for me.

"I am always listening to what is said at the club. It's nice to hear that."

He added: "The future of a player is something no-one knows about. We will see later."
