Arsenal and Liverpool have been offered encouragement in their pursuit of RB Leipzig midfielder Emil Forsberg.

The Sweden international is interesting the Gunners and Liverpool amid comments from his agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, that his client wants to leave this summer.

Cetinkaya, speaking with Sportbladet, ruled out Bayern Munich as an option, but "big clubs are very interested" who is "the king of the Bundesliga".

However, the agent also warned Arsenal and Liverpool that RBL won't budge for any old price.

"There is interest from one of the world's largest clubs," he added. "But I have to say unfortunately that it will not work. We assume he has to stay."
