Arsenal are lining up a move for Everton midfielder Andre Gomes.

Barcelona midfielder Gomes has impressed since arriving at Goodison Park on loan last summer.

The Liverpool Echo insists the Toffees will have to hold off competition from at home and abroad.

Arsenal are joining Roma and Inter Milan in the hunt for the midfielder ahead of the summer market.

However, their report adds that Gomes is keen to remain at Everton after enjoying his campaign.
