Former Arsenal captain Kenny Sansom has no doubts his old club lack leaders.
Sansom says the Gunners need to find someone in the mould of Manchester United legend Bryan Robson.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "Arsenal have a whole lot of very talented skilful players who play great football. But they need that leader.
"I was lucky. I played with some great captains. I had Tony Adams at Arsenal and Bryan Robson when I was with England.
"And I am thinking of players like Pat Rice, Steve Perryman and Billy Bonds. My definition of a captain is an individual who may not be having the best of days himself, but who can keep the others are on their toes."
