Former Arsenal and Tottenham defender Sol Campbell says Roy Hodgson won't be afforded any honeymoon period as England coach.
Campbell says the fact that Hodgson will be plunged straight into Euro 2012 means he will not have the settling-in period that other England managers have enjoyed.
The former Tottenham and Arsenal defender told CNN: "In the beginning, there's always a honeymoon period. They [the media] usually give you a little bit of a grace of a couple of months.
"But because the tournament is upon us, really, there's no honeymoon period."
