Arsenal legend Tony Adams says he's happy to be out of the Premier League.
Adams insists he has no regrets trying to build a club from scratch in Azerbaijan.
Adams, 44, said: "In England many people think I am crazy. But in fact the real madness is working in the English Premier League where every two minutes a manager is sacked."
Adams, who had spells as Wycombe and Portsmouth boss, is now at obscure FC Gabala. He added: "This was the job I wanted. I'm not only manager but sporting and technical director."
But he insisted he wants to return to Europe in 2013 when his contract is up.
