Arsenal are set to drop out of the running for Crystal Palace winger Wlfried Zaha.

talkSPORT says Arsenal will not bid for Zaha if Theo Walcott signs his new contract.

The Gunners had initially lined up Zaha, also wanted by Manchester United, as a direct replacement for Walcott.
