Arsenal hero Martin Keown is convinced Lucas Perez can be a Gunners star.
The Gunners signed the striker from Deportivo La Coruna in a £17m deal as Arsene Wenger attempts to mount a title charge.
"He has tremendous pace and that's a variation Arsenal need in that final third," Keown told BBC Sport.
"At the moment a lot goes into Olivier Giroud and you need variety.
"You have to test the back line. This is the Jamie VardyArsenal wanted but in the shape of a Spanish player."
