Arsenal fullback Nuno Tavares admits he's enjoying his loan at Olympique Marseille.

Tavares has shone so far this season under coach Jorge Sampaoli.

"Adjustment problems? Not particularly. If not the language even if the coach speaks English and Italian. It's easier for me," Tavares told Quotidien du Sport.

“I feel great in my new team. I gained confidence from my first days thanks to the welcome from my teammates and the support of the supporters. This was fundamental for me.

“Whether on or off the pitch, I discovered an incredible and spectacular city. Playing in a stadium like the Vélodrome is unique. There is an extraordinary atmosphere with impressive supporters.

“It's a good start to the season. We managed to win some good matches. We had some tough matches away from home, but we were able to count on the support of our fantastic supporters to surpass ourselves and achieve great success."
